At F4A, we are well-connected to other animal rights and related organizations that are promulgating new legislation and enforcing laws that better protect exotic and domestic animals. We, ourselves, participate in the political process in numerous ways, and last year released our book Prolegomenon Toward a Primate Rights Bill. We constantly strive to introduce, facilitate, and encourage debate on issues that relate to animal rights. We also currently operate a professional mediation firm that handles any and all conflicts concerning animals with the goal of ameliorating and resolving situations for the benefit of animals, humans, and the earth. Along with our mediation science institute, our mediation and negotiation-centered law firm can participate at an effective level to help the life situations of animals. Finally, we are directly working with legislators to positively influence the lives of all animals. Currently, although we are focused on issues associated with domestic dogs, horse slaughter, and animal research, we are continuously sensitive and responsive to all animal rights issues.
